Poetry: This Bittersweet Feeling

in silence you came, you're not aware
your innocence made me wait in vain.
you've captured the heart that belongs to somebody else.
my heart's pounding whenever you're near, can't explain.

i felt it but can't interpret it,
i saw it but can't describe
i knew it but tried to ignore it,
tell me more 'bout love and life!

is it right, is it wrong?!
just tell me now, 'to you i belong...'
coz im very much willing to learn how to sing,
this new, wonderful and lovely song.

your every smile
i forget the least,
in my dreams...you invade
your embrace i beseech.

we're friends that have fallin' in love
i don't know when it started,
i just know its music when i hear ur laughter.
out of confusion...
in my heart, you have landed.

for now...
i don't care what the world may say
the feeling is just too strong,
come what may.

Poetry: A fairy tale of my own...

By the time I woke up, I started dreaming…hoping that somehow I could be in love.
Trying to figure out where I can find a romantic man that deserves my love.

When our paths crossed in between our journey, I asked myself…'is he? Or is he not?'
'Is he worthy of what I could offer? With him, should I tie the knot?'

My vision of walking down the aisle, dressed in a white bridal gown.
As my groom waiting at the altar, smiling…
Excitement ran through my nerves as we exchange vows.

What a wonderful feeling it is to fall in love
Is it destiny who took us there…?
But when we have fallen out of love
Does destiny even seems to care?

In reality, in love affairs I doubt.
I lack confidence, courage I don’t have.
Love, what is it all about?
I wished for someone but I didn’t believe in love.

Most people may not apprehend what I wanted to share.
For awhile I’ve been hurt, I’ve been in so much pain
I forgot how to live, just laid down in a bed of tears.
Looking back, I realized I’ve been selfish, afraid of being heartbroken yet again.

I waited, you came running and passed me by
You sort of stopped and walked with me for awhile
For that moment I forgot about bitterness and anguish
In quite a long time, my heart had a sincere smile.

You’ve brought knowledge, vital lessons I should have learned.
At some point, I have noticed, you’ve become my mirror.
Little did you know, my self I saw in you
As I looked again, I hated what I see, but this is what’s true!

I kept you near and held your hand, but I didn’t kept you from running,
You ran so fast that at my last glance of you, you’ve been so far away
I tried to keep the distance as close as I can
I tried to keep phase, ‘Till I have given up, stopped to catch my breath and began to pray.

The fact that we’re not meant for each other, I took for granted. Tears started falling again.
What I didn’t expect is that a better man came, lifted me up as he gently held my hand.
With his charming eyes glittering, he spread his wings as he took me somewhere.
Love have blossomed once again. With him I saw places I have never been.

Paradise it is, having him at my side.
If this is love, I would love to be in it forever.
Heartaches and sorrows worth it, what a joy ride!!!

It is magic how it turned me into somebody,
Who could give and risk, just to love freely
How the starlight guided my way to see where I can be happy.
Happiness that would not end, it is for eternity.

Fairy tales do come true in times that you ignore them.
Be your own princess, hope for true love and dream.
You are the princess of your own fantasy.
Prince Charming is just out there…in the magical world of reality.

Poetry: Empty Mansion Over the Hill

Floral garden, fruit yard and a barn,
A hobbit-like house, a bridge over the pond.
Small chapel stood at the back of the house,
And down the hill, luxury cars lined up at the parking lot.

Horses were nursed, goats, chickens and cows.
The surrounding's green with trees, bushes and grass.
And at the center of it all,
Is a six-bedroom, three-storey house.

Glass window from the living room, overlooking the mountain view.
Grand piano at the front door plays to welcome you.
Bright light comes from the chandelier that hangs up in the ceiling,
No television in this area, it is just for mingling.

If you wish for media, theater room is the place.
Music, movies, videos or games.
Sit back, relax with the comfy chairs,
Hug those pillows and lots of stuffed bears.

Three Master Bedrooms, all with baths,
walk-in closet, enough space, get spoiled like a brat.
One for Butler, Two for Guests,
Make use of the gym but the rooftop jacuzzi is the best

Enjoy playing billiards at the mini-bar,
watch on the flatscreen while drinking beer.
The pool is connected to the grilling station
where all kinds of seafood and meat were grilled!

At the other side of the Mansion is the porch,
special occasions can be gathered on its floor.
Step down the stairs 'til a small boat, you reach
and down the stream, paddle, enjoy the scenery along the trip.

Stroll along the hilly grassland, sit under the shades of trees,
Feed the animals, harvest some fruits and green leafy veggies.
Board the yacht and sail along the river,
Catch some fish from the freezing water.

White it is during winter days!
Make a snowman, catch a handful snowflakes.
Different colors bloom during spring,
Here comes the honeybees dancing and buzzing...

How nice it is to live a life,
When it seems you're on top, you have everything.
But how would you enjoy it fully,
If deep inside you're alone lonely and empty.
It gives you an awful feeling,
It seems like you're down, you have NOTHING.

Poetry: Love Thy Mother

"God could not be everywhere and therefore he made mothers." - Jewish Proverb

9 months of waiting...
to have a baby onboard our world.
For 9 months -
Mum has carried each one of us inside her womb.

From the very first day that a Mother have known
until her unborn child was born.
From her baby's first smile,
until her child have grown.
From childhood to adulthood,
until she had to leave the world...

Her love is unconditional,
She protects us from harm and ready to fight anybody.
She becomes an instant doctor,
when we're sick, broken-hearted and even when we're losing our sanity.
She forgets all our mistakes and forgives easily,
and lists down all our achievements in her diary.

She enlighten us with her best advices,
listens to our sentiments even our weirdest story,
She's our greatest teacher,
teaching us lessons we need for our own journey.

She can just do eveything,
because we are the most important part of her life.
She doesn't ask for anything,
when we tend to forget them, they just smile but discreetly, they cry.

Love your parents, love your Mother.
God gave us them, they deserve our respect and love and care especially when they get older.

To all Mums out there, we salute your courage and patience in raising brats like us. To all soon-to-be-mums, just enjoy the ride!

BE A PROUD MOTHER! =)

Poetry: "bestfriend"

Once I wished for someone to come,
someone who could be with me in this world
Someone who could teach me how to spread my wings,
And fly high like a bird.

Not for so long GOD granted my wish,
Im glad I’ve caught the most beautiful fish.
HE answered my prayers, it was you,
I jumped for so much joy like a kangaroo.

I promised HIM that when you’ll get sick, I’ll be your doc,
You’ll be my master, I’ll be your loyal dog;
And whenever you need me, I’ll be coming to see yah,
I’ll run fast, faster than a cheetah.

Having "YOU is the greatest thing, that’s true,
Its like having all amazing animals in one zoo,
AND if one day I’ll lose your touch so mild
It will be tough for ME, i will cry like a child.

But if sooner or later i have to leave,
Don't cry coz i won't be gone
FOREVER".
We will meet again, i promise,
This, I want you to always remember.

A smile so captivating
A voice spoken so softly
With eyes glittering
With your head-turning beauty

How can we forget,
Such a wonderful friend?
With so much things to offer
With a big, great hand to lend

For all the times we’ve shared
Including problems, issues and any heart aches
Those, made our bond strengthened
We’ll be there for you no matter what it takes.

A sweet, thoughtful person you’ve always been
A simple poem was made for you to read especially when it rains…
Wherever you are, whatever you will be, ‘til the end…
We will forever be your good old friends.
From the laughters and journeys, to our shared tears...
We will miss you gurl…definitely!
Goodbyes aren't forever 'though, im sure we will still see each other...
Our paths will always cross coz we are in the same river.

Muah!
*wink!

Poetry: Love

I went to Paris to find love
but went back home empty handed.
I looked back for Superman
but he couldn’t save me from sadness.

I searched for Cupid just to learn
he ran out of arrows.
Then I bumped into someone I never expected…
He took away my sorrows.

He made me realize
that you don’t have to go to a special place
nor find an extraordinary person to be in love.
You don’t have to chase for it,
nor wait for someone to come.

Because love lies in the person that matches your heart,
It comes in its own time and place,
There is always this someone called “soul mate”
Just let Love do it in its own mysterious way.

Poetry: Have You Ever…

Have you ever woke up one morning feeling so bad…
You didn’t know why…tears just run down from your eyes
you start crying?
Have you ever had sleepless nights wondering...
if you could ever bring back the good old times?
Have you ever lost your appetite
just because you felt so full
Yet empty inside?

Have you ever realized, how much pain has tortured
your heart and mind?
Have you ever asked yourself,
“Am I crazy, obsessed or just a freak gone wild?

Have you ever tried to calm yourself when you’re mad
because you can't have something?
Or you’re expecting a thing but at the end you still got nothing?
Have you ever seek much,
much more than life could ever bring?

Have you ever hoped that someday,
You would rather have a selective amnesia
So you could just choose what to remember
and forget the heartaches that made you suffer?
Have you ever had a thought,
that maybe sleeping and living in your dream forever,
would make your life better and could make you happier?
